Alesha comes from the digital side of the Film industry, mostly directing and producing digital advertising. Her strengths are logistics and creative process, as that is what her day-to-day role was on set and off. Many times juggling upwards of 8 projects at once. Her skillset transfers beautifully to real estate - project management and problem-solving are the name of the game. Her creative background allows her to excel at updating and renovating properties, while her project management skills allow her to run the day-to-day of the business and keep track of all the moving parts. Alesha regularly walks the properties to make sure she is up to date-and in tune with what is going on.

Jamie has been working in the Film Industry for over 15 years. He has a successful career that has taken him around the world and given him unique experiences. Jamie is extremely hardworking, proactive, and passionate about what he does - proven by his long list of repeat clients, and high standing in the community of Digital Imaging Technicians. His work ethic easily transfers over to real estate which he finds more creative than the film business. Jamie has a passion for underwriting and loves analyzing value add properties. He is regularly strategizing on the long-term benefits of investing in real estate and continues to push the company forward with a creative approach to finance.
